Every kit is a digital download. Within seconds of paying on Etsy, you get a link to the PDF files. Save them to your phone or laptop, print at home, or read on screen. Nothing ships in the mail.
If you do not see the link, check your spam folder and your Etsy purchase history at etsy.com/your/purchases. If you still cannot find it, email us and we will resend it.
Etsy handles payment, instant delivery, and any refund cleanly. They also have buyer protection most people already trust. The kit is the same price either way, and we get the same email.

Yes. Every page is sized for standard US Letter and tested on a home inkjet and a laser printer. Print the whole kit, or print only the pages you need that week. Pages are designed to read clearly in black-and-white if you are watching ink.
A one-inch binder and five dividers (the kind from any office store) is what most families use. The Quick Start lives on top.

Yes. The license covers your household and the people helping care for your parent. Share the PDF with your siblings, your spouse, your dad, the aide, the neighbor on the spare key list. That is the whole point.
What you cannot do is resell the file, post it publicly, or distribute it outside the family. The kit stays one family at a time.
Where the kit names a cost, a Medicare rule, a deadline, or a statistic, it names the source and the date so you can check what is current. Examples: medicare.gov for the discharge appeal, alz.org for the dementia stages, va.gov for veterans benefits. We do not use stock advice or made-up percentages.
Laws and coverage rules change. Check the current source the week you actually need it.
No. The kits are organizational tools. They write down what you already need to organize, they translate the jargon, and they give you scripts and worksheets, but they do not substitute for a doctor, an attorney, or a financial adviser.
For decisions in those areas, rely on your parent's clinicians, a licensed elder-law attorney, or a qualified adviser. The kit will often help you ask better questions in those rooms.

We re-check Medicare rules, Social Security numbers, and any cited figures at least twice a year, and immediately when a rule changes. The current revision date is on the inside cover of every kit. If you bought a kit and a rule changes, email us and we will send the updated file.
Yes. The prompts are fill-in-the-blank, work in the free version of ChatGPT or Claude, and never ask for a Social Security number or a bank account. Each prompt explains what to copy, what to paste, and what to do with the answer.
If you would rather skip them, the kit works without them.
The kits cite Medicare, the Social Security Administration, and US insurance rules, so they are most useful for families navigating the US system. The organizational frameworks (medications, doctors, scripts, the Emergency Sheet) work anywhere. We hope to add country-specific editions later.
